The Ukiyo-e hoodie is an urban hooded sweatshirt featuring old Japanese drawings by Utagawa Hiroshige. Designed for women who like it casual and comfortable but also want to represent a unique style.
The print of the Ukiyo-e model shows a collage of old Japanese drawings. The term Ukiyo-e stands for a genre of Japanese painting and Japanese printmaking. The Ukiyo-e hoodie shows works by Utagawa Hiroshige (* 1797; † 1858). The selected prints show landscape compositions and animal depictions as well as traditional Japanese societies.
The women's sweater is predominantly in shades of blue. In addition, light red accents provide visual variety. A special feature of the hoodie is the neckline that sits away from the neck. For easy on and off, without messy hairstyles.
The Japan-inspired Ukiyo-e sweater is made from a functional fabric. The manufacturing takes place in RobeCode's in-house studio, located south of Stuttgart.
