Marlene's fascination is people, foreign cultures, good design. Before she worked as a photographer, she began to take pictures, honest moments in the streets of Portugal. She is at home in Baden Württemberg, Heilbronn. There the paths crossed.
By chance, Ute Yay, designer of RobeCode, discovered a picture and the idea to design a hoodie was born from this one photograph. Photographing on the finest fabric was not new to RobeCode.
But implementing this within a cooperation was a completely new way.
The first photorealistic Print in collaboration was created in 2017 as a scarf and as a hoodie. Soon it will also be available as a fleece zipper jacket - all sustainably produced in Suttgart-Vöhringen.
This was the beginning, and in the meantime a wide variety of garments have been designed and sold from seven photographs.
Marlene Bihlheimer works as a freelance photographer in Germany, as well as in Europe.
